9月6日讯 在世预赛18强赛首战结束后，国足又马不停蹄地进入到与沙特队比赛前的备战。媒体人徐江谈到两队接下来的较量，认为国足有机会不输掉这场比赛。

徐江表示：“尽管国足0-7输给日本，但沙特和印尼的比赛，沙特表现的非常不好，缺乏攻击性，缺乏效率，国足想赢比较难，但想不输球，不是做不到的事情；当然，前提是教练员战术准备得当，球员心态调整到位。”
